【Abstract】 There are complexities in the work of the Communist Youth League and its evaluation in higher learning institutions,which can be generalized in the following aspects: 1.The complexities of the outside environment has caused the complexities of the CYL performance and its evaluation;2.The CYL System in higher learning institutions possesses the characteristics of hypercycle;3.There are pluralism and unbalancedness in the evaluation subject of the universities’ CYL performance;4.There are uncertainties in the work result of the CYL.In order to satisfy the demand of the increasing CYL development,it is necessary to establish evaluation modes,which care more about the grassroots units and the process,with more flexible methods,more multiple evaluating subjects and more open evaluation standards.更多还原
