国家南繁育制种标准体系框架构建初探

【摘要】 【目的】构建国家南繁育制种标准体系以保证南繁安全,实现对南繁有序有效的监控,促进南繁科学可持续健康发展。【方法】对南繁标准体系建立进行初步可行性研究,引入集合论和立体几何基本方法,创新运用Verman三维结构思想,结合时间维度对南繁标准体系进行四维结构与集合化研究。【结果】创建南繁标准体系具有坚实的社会和政策基础,并创新提出四维结构与解析基本方法。【结论】需建立南繁标准体系,标准体系四维结构可以指导完成南繁标准体系的创建,方便创建工作的分工,实现标准体系的动态发展。

【Abstract】 [Objective]The present studies were aimed to devise a standard system framework for Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication in order to monitoring Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication and to promote its sustainable and healthy development.[Method]A feasibility study of constructing standard system for Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication was carried out initially.The set theory and solid geometry methods were used to innovate the Verman’s three-dimensional structure.By integrating the time dimension into the standard system framework of Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication,a four-dimensional structure of standard system framework was studied.[Result]There was a solid society and policy basis to create the standard system for Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication.A four-dimensional structure of standard system framework and the relative analytical methods were put forward.[Suggestion]The four-dimensional structure of standard system framework will guide to complete the creation of the standard system for Hainan National Breeding and Multiplication,which is convenient for working divisions and realization of dynamic development.
