【摘要】 【目的】研究罂粟种子活力丧失规律,为妥善保存罂粟种子资源和防止种子老化提供科学依据。【方法】以1995～2007年采收的14份罂粟种子为试验材料,研究不同贮藏条件下种子发芽势、发芽率和简化活力指数等指标变化规律。【结果】在自然条件下,罂粟1号的种子活力高于罂粟2号;贮藏10年后,罂粟2号的种子发芽率低于60%;4℃风冷式冰箱和-18℃除霜式冰箱等低温冷藏库内保存的罂粟种子活力明显下降。【结论】在自然条件下,罂粟1号的种子活力高于罂粟2号;在常温库存条件下,罂粟种子的发芽势、发芽率和简化活力指数等均随贮藏年限的增加而下降,但在贮藏相同年份时,罂粟1号的种子活力降幅低于罂粟2号;在现有条件下,罂粟种子保存在干燥器中能保持较高的活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The present experiment was conducted to study the vitality of Papaver somniferum L. seeds stored for different durations in order to provide scientific basis for resource preservation. [Method]The germination potential, germination rate and simplified vigor index of 14 Papaver somniferum L. seeds, collected from 1995-2007, were determined under different storage conditions. [Result]Seeds of variety Yingsu 1 showed higher vitality than that of Yingsu 2 under natural condition. After ten years of storage, the germination rate of Yingsu 2 was recorded as less than 60%. The seeds stored in refrigerator at 4 and -18℃ showed a significant decrease in vitality. [Conclusion]Under ordinary conditions, the germination potential, germination rate and simplified vigor index decreased with increasing storage time, however, under similar storage duration, the vitality of Yingsu 1 showed higher vitality of seeds in comparison to Yingsu 2.更多还原
