【Abstract】 Dorspoinsettifolin,a natural product,was isolated from Dorstenia poinsettifolia.Dorstenia poinsettifolia has antibacterial and antifungal activities,anti-inflammatory activity,sedative and anticonvulsant activities,and so on.Dorspoinsettifolin was synthesized from m-dihydroxybenzene by acetylation,introduction of pyranyl cycle and aldol condensation through three steps with an overall yield of 15.2%.The synthetic route is shorter than that reported in literatures by one step.更多还原
