【摘要】 随着化工企业的大型化、集中化发展,所需的设备已越来越大型化。而目前,国内大型化工装备的制造技术与国外先进的装备制造企业还有差距,为了尽可能缩短与国外企业的差距,各个装备制造企业都在进行不断的探索,笔者对大型化工装备蒸汽回旋干燥机机身制造、组装、品质控制过程中产生的棱角度、焊接变形、椭圆度和直线度等具体的问题进行分析研究,探索化工装备中筒体质量控制的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the chemical enterprises are developing into large-scale and centralized ones,the equipments in which are required more and more large-scale.At present,there is a large gap between internal and external equipment manufacturing enterprises on the manufacturing technology of large-scale chemical equipments.In order to shorten this gap as far as possible,all the equipment manufacturing enterprises engage in constantly exploration.This paper is focus on the analysis and research of the edge angle,welding deformation,ovality and straightness caused in the process of the manufacture,assembly and quality control of the steam rotary dryer body.And try to explore a method for the quality control of the barrel-type in the chemical equipments更多还原
