线激光辅助的皮带撕裂视觉检测方法
A new inspection method for rip of conveyor belt based on line laser stripe
【摘要】 为了快速、准确地检测出输送机皮带工作时发生的纵向撕裂事故,提出了一种基于线激光的视觉检测方法。"一"字线激光器向皮带底面投射直线激光条纹,使用CCD相机获取图像并提取出光条中心,通过分析光条中心畸变特征来判断皮带表面是否存在撕裂。首先采用阈值法对激光条纹进行分割;然后在光条区域上利用重心法实现光条中心的粗略提取;最后利用Bazen方法求取光条法线,在法线方向上采用高斯拟合法实现光条中心的亚像素精度提取。利用具有多种纵向撕裂特征的故障皮带进行检测,实验结果表明,所提出的方法具有精度高、速度快的特点,测量精度达到了毫米级,可以满足实际皮带检测的需要。
【Abstract】 A new method based on line laser stripe is proposed to accomplish longitudinal rip of conveyor belt inspection rapidly and accurately.A line laser stripe is generated by laser projected on the surface of conveyor belt,processing the images obtained by the camera to extract the stripe center and using the distortion of the stripe center to judge whether there are some rips on the belt surface or not.Firstly,the initial center of stripe is got with the gray barycenter method.Secondly,the normal direction of the light stripe is calculated with the Bazen’s method in the region of interest of the laser stripe.Finally,the sub-pixel value on the normal direction is detected by the use of Gaussian curve fitting method.The belt with a variety of longitudinal rips is used to achieve the experiment.Experimental results show that the proposed method is fast and high precise,the precision is millimeter.This inspection method can effectively resolve the problem of conveyor belt rip inspection to real-time applications.
