【摘要】 积极开展并增强国库资金运作,对确保财政资金安全、规范、有效的运行有着极其重要的意义。为了推动地方国库资金运作的研究,设计适合广西地方国库资金管理运作模式,本文从加强地方国库资金管理的紧迫性和可行性分析入手,结合广西国库资金管理的基础工作现状,对地方国库进行资金管理的配套制度和模式选择进行实证分析,并提出防范国库资金风险的措施。更多还原
