【摘要】 高等职业教育培养的目标是"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学合作的发展道路,培养生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高技能人才."近年来,甘肃联合大学化工学院在制定和实施工业分析与检验专业人才培养方案时,和相关行业企业合作,立足于职业岗位分析,针对职业岗位(群)的任职要求,构建了基于职业导向的课程体系,突出教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,实现学生校内学习与实际工作的一致性.同时构建基于职业导向的高职教育课程体系也是专业教学改革的切入点,其中课程是人才培养的核心环节,是确保专业教学改革成功的关键.更多还原

【Abstract】 The training goal of vocational education is "served for the purpose,oriented for employment and take the path of development industry cooperation,develop highly skilled personnel who integrate production,construction,management and service." In recent years,the college of Chemical Engineering of Gansu Lianhe University develop and implement industrial analysis and testing of professional personnel training programs,at the same time,cooperation with related industries and enterprises,based on the occupational,for the requirements of professional positions(group),build a system based on career-oriented courses,highlight the teaching process in order to be practical,open and professional,achieve the consistency between practical work and learning in schools.Simultaneously the curriculum system based on vocational education is also the breakthrough point of specialized educational reform.The curriculum is the core link of personnel training and is the key guaranteed that specialized educational successful reform.更多还原
