【Abstract】 In this paper,aimed at tampered failure rate model based on progressively censored data under progressive-stress,the maximum likelihood estimation of visual plotting function and anti-power law equation was got in the two-parameter Weibull distribution and then an example to testify the method through Monte-Carlo simulations was given.更多还原
