泡沫相部分水平泡沫分离塔强化分离牛血清蛋白的工艺研究

【摘要】 为了加强泡沫相排液,提高目的产物的富集比,设计了一种新型泡沫分离塔即泡沫相部分水平泡沫分离塔。以传统泡沫相垂直泡沫分离塔为对照塔,以牛血清蛋白(BSA)为体系,考察了表观气速、装液量、物料初始浓度和初始pH对牛血清蛋白(BSA)富集比和回收率的影响。结果表明泡沫相部分水平泡沫分离塔有效减小了泡沫相排液的阻力,提高了BSA的富集。在装液量为400 mL、初始浓度为0.2 g·L-1、pH为6.2和表观气速为19.1 m·h-1的条件下,泡沫相部分水平泡沫分离塔的富集比7.9是对照直塔的1.8倍。

【Abstract】 A new type of foam fractionation column,in which partial foam phase flows horizontally,was designed for enhancing the drainage of the foam phase.A traditional foam fractionation column,in which all the foam phase flows vertically upwards along the column,was used as the contrastive column,and the BSA(bovine serum albumin) was used as the model aqueous solution.The effects of loading liquid volume,initial concentration of BSA,superficial gas velocity and initial pH value on the enrichment ratio and recovery ratio of BSA were studied.The experimental results show that the foam fractionation column with partial horizontally flowing foam phase effectively decreases the resistance of the drainage of the foam phase and improves the enrichment of the BSA.Under the conditions of loading liquid volume 400 mL,initial concentration of BSA 0.2 g×L-1,superficial gas velocity 19.1 m×h-1 and initial pH value 6.2,the BSA enrichment ratio obtained by using the proposed new type foam fractionation column with partial horizontally flowing foam phase is 7.9,which is 80% more than that obtained by using the traditional foam fractionation column.
