聚乙二醇-双-全氟2-[(2-丙氧基)-丙氧基]丙酸酯的合成与性能

【摘要】 制备了聚乙二醇-双-全氟2-[(2-丙氧基)-丙氧基]丙酸酯(Ⅰ),并考察其表面活性。全氟-2-[(2-丙氧基)-丙氧基]丙酰氟和聚乙二醇-400,在有机碱三乙胺的存在下,发生酯化反应,得到聚乙二醇-双-全氟2-[(2-丙氧基)-丙氧基]丙酸酯,并以红外光谱和核磁共振进行表征。结果表明:Ⅰ水溶液的临界胶束浓度为0.54 g·L-1,在此浓度下的表面张力γCMC为17.69 mN·m-1。温度升高,Ⅰ水溶液的CMC值和γCMC均呈现明显下降趋势;Ⅰ的表面张力和临界胶束浓度受溶液pH的影响较少,在酸、碱溶液中都具有良好的表面活性;Ca2+、Mg2+对Ⅰ水溶液的CMC值影响不大;无机盐的正离子Na+对I的表面活性影响也不大,即对Ⅰ非离子表面活性剂的盐效应不大。Ⅰ具有较高的表面活性,较好的耐盐、耐硬水、耐酸、耐碱的能力。

【Abstract】 Fluorocarbon surfactant diperfluorous 2-(2-propoxy-propoxy)propionic ester of polyglycol(Ⅰ) was synthesized by esterification of perfluoro(2,5-dimethyl-3,6-dioxananoyl) fluoride and polytglycol-400.The prepared surfactant I was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and 19F-NMR,respectively,and its surface activities were investigated too.The surface tension(γcmc) of surfactant Ⅰ at critical micelle concentration(CMC) is 17.69 mN m 1 and the value of CMC is 0.54 g L 1.The values of CMC and γcmc decrease clearly with increasing temperature,but are little affected by pH value.The prepared surfactantⅠ has good surface activities in both acid and basic solutions;Ca2+ and Mg2+ have little effects on the critical micelle concentration of aqueous solution of surfactant Ⅰ,and the surface activity of surfactant Ⅰ is slightly affected by inorganic cation Na+,in other words,the effect of salinity on non-ionic surface-active agent of surfactant I is little.In short,the fluorocarbon surfactant diperfluorous 2-(2-propoxy-propoxy)propionic ester of polyglycol is an excellent surfactant with high surface activity and good resistance to water hardness,water salinity acid and alkali.
