【Abstract】 The HA-gels were prepared with bacterial fermentation of hyaluronic acid(HA) and divinyl sulfone(DVS).To remove unreacted cross linking agent,many experiments were programmed.The content of DVS in gels was determined by gas chromatography.The HA-gels could be prepared under optimal reaction conditions,which established foundation to develop cosmetic HA products.更多还原
