某高校科研实验楼薄壁箱型钢天桥吊装技术
Lifting Technology of Thin-walled Box Steel Bridges of the Research Laboratory Building in One University
【摘要】 某高校科研实验楼为框架剪力墙复杂结构,中庭各层用薄壁箱型钢天桥连接以满足通行要求.受建筑中庭安装空间的限制,吊装工作难度较大,针对施工存在的难点,通过对工程现场安装条件、起吊设备、结构安全、经济效益进行综合分析,最终采用手拉葫芦水平牵引就位及汽车起重机吊臂辅助抬升钢梁以减轻重量的吊装技术,解决了该工程吊装的施工难点,为进一步完善薄壁箱型钢梁吊装施工技术提供参考.
【Abstract】 The research laboratory building in one university is made of the frame-shear-wall structures,with layers of its atrium connected by thin-walled box steel bridges to meet traffic requirements.Because atrium space is limited,it is difficult to finish the lifting work.Therefore,installation conditions on the project site,lifting equipments,structural safety and economic efficiency are analyzed comprehensively,and hand chain hoist is used for horizontal traction installation and the arm of a crane is raised to lift beams.This paper can be used as a reference to further improving the lifting technology of the thin-walled steel box bridges.
