SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3陶瓷在钠钙玻璃液中的腐蚀行为

【摘要】 采用无压烧结技术制备SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3陶瓷,研究了不同Sb2O3含量的陶瓷在钠钙玻璃液中的腐蚀速率,用SEM、EPMA和EDS表征了陶瓷腐蚀后的显微组织和微区元素。结果表明:Sb2O3的加入增大了陶瓷的腐蚀速率,未加入Sb2O3的SnO2-CuO陶瓷的腐蚀速率最小,为2.21×10-4mm·h-1;晶界大气孔会降低SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3陶瓷抗钠钙玻璃液腐蚀的能力,晶内气孔、晶界小气孔对其抗钠钙玻璃液腐蚀能力的影响较小。

【Abstract】 SnO2-CuO-Sb2O3 ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering and the corrosion rate of the ceramics with different contents of Sb2O3 in soda-lime liquid glass was studied,and the microstructure and elements distribution after corrosin were characterized by SEM,EPMA and EDS.The results show that adding Sb2O3 raised the corrosion rate;Sb2O3-CuO ceramics without Sb2O3 had a minimum corrosion rate of 2.21×10-4mm?h-1;the large pores at grain boundary could decreased the property of soda-lime liquid glass corrosion resistance and intragranular pores,small pores at the grain boundary had smaller effect on liquid glass corrosion resistance.
