【摘要】 我国高校辅导员研究经历了一个理论体系从萌芽到形成、研究成果由贫乏到丰硕的过程。高校辅导员研究的论域主要涵盖高校辅导员制度研究、辅导员角色定位研究、辅导员队伍建设研究以及辅导员具体工作研究等方面,研究方法也已开始受到重视,随着相关学科理论资源不断得到高效利用,将进一步推进辅导员研究的拓展、深化和实践指导价值的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the establishment of college advisors system in 1950s,research about college advisors has gone through four developmental stages and yielded substantial results.Domains of the study include college advisors system,advisors’role definition and team construction and so on.As study methods are given more attention and theoretical resources of related disciplines are more efficiently used,research about college advisors will be further expanded and deepened with its practical value better achieved.更多还原
