【摘要】 对河南理工大学449名2008级学生入学两年来接受心理健康教育的状况进行追踪,同时采用SCL-90前后两次评估这些学生的心理健康水平。结果表明,在高校现有的心理健康教育的方式和途径中,至少接受一种形式心理健康教育的学生占总人数的83.07%;凡接受过心理健康教育的学生心理健康状况均得到明显改善;心理讲座的教育效果最为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper traces the mental health education of 449 students of 2008 in their two-year study in Henan Polytechnic University and makes two separate assessments with SCL-90.The result indicates 83.07% of students have had access to at least one channel of mental health education and all students who have received it show marked improvement.Psychology Lectures prove to be the most effective.更多还原
