【摘要】 本文应用陕西省9所高校2010名大四毕业生的调查数据,探讨了大学生创业意向中的性别差异状况及其影响因素。研究发现,大学生的创业意向存在显著的性别差异,男大学生的创业意向水平显著高于女大学生。大学生就读高校类型、创业经历、家庭所在地、父亲的受教育程度、朋友创业经历、亲朋支持、个人冒险倾向、创新导向、个人控制、个体创业自我效能感以及创业环境中社会评价等因素对大学生创业意向具有重要影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the survey data on 2010 graduates from 9 universities in Shaanxi Province,this paper explores the gender disparity and its related factors in the entrepreneurial intention of students.It is found that gender disparity is significant with male students’ entrepreneurial intention higher than female students’.Entrepreneurial experience,the type of college students attend,family location,father’s educational level,friends’ entrepreneurial experience,close evaluation of family members and friends,risk orientation,innovation orientation,personal control,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,social assessment of business environment have a major impact on gender disparity in the entrepreneurial intention of students.更多还原
