【摘要】 临床医学专业博士(Doctor of Medlicine,M.D.)是高水平临床医生的主要后备力量,对我国医疗卫生事业的发展具有重要影响,但长期以来对其培养质量的争议从来没有停止过。本文采用新制度主义的视角对影响其培养质量的制度因素进行分析,并对提高其培养质量提出建议,希望能促进人们对M.D.培养现状的理解,为提高M.D.的培养质量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China,doctor of medicine(M.D.)serves as the main reserve force for high-level clinical doctors,and therefore plays an important role in the development of the nation’s health care.However,the cultivation quality of M.D.has been controversial for a long time.The paper analyses institutional factors influencing the cultivation quality of M.D.from the perspective of new institutionalism and puts forward some suggestions,in hopes of promoting understanding of the current situation of M.D.cultivation and providing references for its quality improvement.更多还原
