【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定心脑泰滴丸中紫丁香苷的方法。方法采用岛津ODS C₁₈色谱柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水-1.5%醋酸（18:80:2）为流动相,体积流量1 mL/min,柱温室温,检测波长265 nm。结果心脑泰滴丸中紫丁香苷不低于0.014 mg/丸。结论此方法稳定、可行,可以作为心脑泰滴丸的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of syringin in Xinnaotai Dropping Pills.IVIethods HPLC method was used.ODS C₁₈ column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water-1.5%acetate acid （18:80:2）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature at room temperature.The detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results The content of syringin in one pill was not less 0.014 mg.Conclusion The method is stable and feasible and can be used to control the quality of Xinnaotai Dropping Pills.更多还原
