【Abstract】 Neurovascular unit(NVU) is composed of neuron,blood brain barrier,microgial cells and extracellular matrix,which is related closely with the occurence and development of cerebral infarction,probably provides a potential target for treatment of cerebral infarction and its complication.This article reviews the conception and the composition of NVU,aslo introduces the pathological mechanism and therapeutic methods of NVU after cerebral infarction,aiming to provide some new ideas in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
