消化道肿瘤患者术前营养状况分析

【摘要】 为了解消化道肿瘤患者术前的营养状况,给制订术前患者营养干预方案提供依据,运用NRS-2002和24 h回顾膳食调查法对120例消化道肿瘤患者术前进行了营养评价和膳食调查。结果表明,NRS-2002评分结果,有67.5%患者存在营养不良风险,且年龄越大营养不良风险发生率越高;膳食调查结果,消化道肿瘤患者术前实际营养素摄入量与DRIs(2000版)有显著的差异,且占DRIs的29.5%~94.9%之间;120例消化道肿瘤患者达到参考摄入量人数占总调查人数的0.83%~53%。除硫胺素和钙之外其余实际营养素摄入量均与营养筛查评分呈相关性,P<0.05。结论对消化道肿瘤患者术前进行NRS-2002营养筛查和膳食调查,对术前营养干预方案的制定有帮助。

【Abstract】 To understand the nutrition status of gastrointestinal cancer patients before their operation,for formulating preoperative patients intervention nutrition plan provides the basis,NRS-2002 and recalling the 24-hour dietary survey method were used to nutritional assessment and dietary survey the gastrointestinal cancer patients before operation.The results show that there are 67.5% patients with malnutrition risk and the older the higher the incidence of malnutrition risk,dietary survey showed gastrointestinal cancer patients before the actual intake of nutrients and DRIs(2000 edition)have significant differences,and accounting for 29.5%~94.9% of DRIs between,120 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients to refer to the number of the total intake of 0.83%~53% of those surveyed,in addition to thiamine and calcium volume than the rest of the actual nutrient intake and nutrition screening score was correlated P<0.05.It concluded using NRS-2002 and recalling the 24-hour dietary survey method to nutritional assessment and dietary survey the gastrointestinal cancer patients before operation is very helpful for preoperative nutrition intervention program development.
