【摘要】 目的了解和分析内蒙古自治区医生工作倦怠的现状。方法采用Maslach倦怠量表及自编访谈提纲,对内蒙古自治区4家大中型医院共364名医生进行调查。结果不同等级医院、不同民族医生的工作倦怠水平无显著差异;工作倦怠不受性别、受教育程度、职称、婚姻状况等因素的影响,但不同收入、不同科室的医生在工作倦怠不同维度上差异有显著。结论大中型医院医生有一定程度的工作倦怠现象,应从组织、人际、工作特征等层面预防和缓解倦怠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the job burnout of doctors,and explore its influencing factors. Methods 364 doctors,who came from four hospitals from Hohhot,completed questionnaires MBI-GS scales. Results The job burnout’s level of doctors in the different hospital was no significant differences.There were significant differences among the doctors from different department and with different salary. Conclusions Doctor is experiencing burnout to some extent.Prevention and intervention methods should be made from organizational,interpersonal and job characteristics facets.更多还原
