IL-18在糖尿病中引起肾损伤的机制探讨
Investigation of Interleukin-18 on kidney injury mechanisms
【摘要】 目的研究糖尿病大鼠模型尿液中肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、IL-18的表达,观察糖尿病大鼠尿液中KIM-1的变化,并探讨IL-18引起大鼠肾损伤的机制,以及在肾损伤中所起的作用。方法收集大鼠24周的24小时尿,用酶联免疫吸附法检测正常对照组(Control)、糖尿病模型组(Diabetic)24小时尿液中KIM-1和IL-18的表达水平。结果正常对照组、糖尿病模型组中KIM-1的表达水平分别为(10.9±2.1)ng,(119.1±23.9)ng;IL-18的表达水平分别为(4.8±0.9)ng,(57.0±8.4)ng。两个指标的正常对照组和糖尿病模型组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病大鼠晚期有肾脏损伤,IL-18在其中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of urinary Kidney Injury Molecule-1(KIM-1) and IL-18 in urine of diabetic rats models,observe the change of KIM-1 on the kidney injury in diabetic rats models and investigate IL-18 on the injury mechanisms.Methods Collect rats urine from control group and diabetic models group on 24 weeks,detect the levels of urinary KIM-1 and IL-18 in control group and diabetic models group by ELISA.Results The levels of KIM-1 in control group and diabetic models group were(10.9±2.1)ng,(119.1±23.9) ng and the levels of IL-18 were(4.8±0.9)ng,(57.0±8.4) ng in 24h urine respectively.There is significant difference(P<0.05) between control group and diabetic models group.Conclusion There has been kidney injury in rats when they were in advanced stage of diabetic and IL-18 may play an important role on kidney injury.
