【摘要】 目的探讨卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎动物血清中IL-8的动态变化。方法给SD大鼠皮下注射地塞米松建立肺孢子虫肺炎动物模型,改良的六亚甲基四胺银染色法检获肺组织中的肺孢子虫包囊,采用IL-8检测试剂盒检测大鼠血清中IL-8的含量。结果对照组、第7、8、9周感染组的IL-8含量分别为(16.554±1.211)、(17.267±3.172)、(18.173±2.133)及(19.847±5.346)pg/mL,感染率依次为0.00%、90.00%、90.91%及100.00%。结论随着感染时间的延长,血清中IL-8的水平逐渐升高,IL-8水平的动态变化可以作为卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的辅助诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the dynamic change of the serum interleukin-8(IL-8) in rats with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP).Methods Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were subcutaneously injected with dexamethasone sodium phosphate to establish animal model of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.The cysts of Pneumocystis carinii(PC) in the lung tissues were observed in the lung print smear after staining with the improvement gormori methenamine silver(GMS),the serum IL-8 was detected by using the C kit.Results The normal control group,7th week,8th week and the 9th week infected groups’ IL-8 level was(16.554±1.211),(17.267±3.172),(18.173±2.133) and(19.847±5.346)pg/mL,respectively,infection percentage was 0.00%,90.00%,90.91% and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion The serum IL-8 level elevates gradually along with the infection time extension,the dynamic change of the serum IL-8 may provide an assistance diagnosis for pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.更多还原
