模具制造中系列复合冷作模具钢的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了专利技术复合冷作模具钢的技术原理、性能分析和面向市场的优势等。此技术充分利用大锻造比能降低莱氏体钢(高合金冷模具钢)碳化物不均匀度的特点,用钢板代替块钢以发挥莱氏体钢强度高、耐磨性能好的优势;取高合金冷作模具钢钢板与强韧性好的中碳结构钢或高Cr钢复合成综合性能好的复合冷作模具钢,以充分发挥这二种钢的优势。2007年就已经用高速钢M2钢板与中碳钢5CrMnMo试制成M2/5CrMuMo复合冷作模具钢,成功用于搓丝板、链条冲模等,提高寿命一倍以上。现已开发出系列复合冷作模具钢(包括高、中级及普通型)以满足各种冷作模具的需要。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the technical principles,performance analysis and advantage of market-oriented of the patented technology etc of cold working die steel are introduced,Making full use of the features of carbide nonuniformity of large forging raito to reduce the ledeburite steel(high alloy cold working die steel),it can play the advantages of high strength and good wear resistance of ledeburite steel that we use steel plate instead of piece of steel;The high-alloy cold working die steel plate and the medium carbon structural steel with good strength-toughness or high Cr-steel are composited as composite cold working die steel with good comprehensive property,in order to full play to the advantages of the two kinds of steel. We has made composite die steel M2/5CrMuMo by high-speed steel M2 and medium carbon steel 5CrMnMo in 2007 which is used to screw plate and chain dies and so on and improved life a times more.Now we have developted series composite die steel(including high and middle and common type) to meet the needs of all kinds of cold working die.
