几种模具热处理工艺改进及表面改性
Heat Treatment Process to Improve and Surface Modification for Some Mould
【摘要】 我们在各种模具钢的热处理加工生产过程中发现了一些模具钢变形、开裂。通过研究、分析及总结,及时提出有效的解决方案。还总结了模具钢改性的几种方法:T10钢冷挤压凹模高温淬火,使表面硬度达到66~67 HRC;专利技术的盐浴渗矾,使模具表面硬度达到3000 HV以上;法国专利技术的盐浴硫碳氮共渗(SURSULF&ARCOR)用于生产,提高了产品质量及生产效率。
【Abstract】 We found deformation and cracking of some mold steel in a variety of tool steel heat treatment processing,Through research,analysis and conclusion the effective solutions are timely put forward.Several modification ways are summarized to die steel,such as the high temperature quenching of T10 steel after cold extrusion may get surface hardness 66~67 HRC.The surface hardness of mold can reach 3000 HV or more by means of patented salt vanadizing.France patented salt bath sulf-nitrocarburizing(SURSULF & ARCOR) is used for the production to improve product quality and production efficiency.
