钒钛磁铁精矿低硅烧结强化试验与应用
Test & application of intensive low-silicon sintering of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate
【摘要】 钒钛磁铁矿低硅烧结试验表明,由于液相量减少而使烧结矿强度下降,低温还原粉化恶化,产质量指标变差。采用提高碱度、添加硼化物、使用活性灰、提高料层厚度等措施均可强化烧结,减轻SiO2的影响,其综合焦比下降的效果明显。
【Abstract】 The test of low-silicon sintering of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate shows that the strength of sinter decreases due to liquid phase qty decrease,the low temperature breakdown index becomes deteriorated,and the quantitative & qualitative index changes worse.The measures such as increasing the basicity,adding boride and active ash and increasing bed thickness can intensify the sintering process and reduce the influence of SiO2.
