根管直径对根折影响的三维有限元分析

【摘要】 目的通过根管直径的变化分析其对牙根受力分布的影响。方法建立上颌第二前磨牙(单根管)的三维有限元模型,在此基础上通过改变根管直径的大小,分析根管壁应力分布的变化情况。结果根管直径对根管壁应力变化略有影响,该变化主要集中在牙根上1/3。结论在临床根管治疗操作中,应在彻底去除根管壁感染物质的同时,尽量避免过度切削牙体硬组织,根管直径扩大不超过原始根管的1/3倍是相对安全的。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of root canal size on the distribution of the stress located on the root.Methods A three-dimensional finite element model of maxillary second premolar(single tube) was created, by varying the root canal size to analyze the distribution of the stress located on different root models.Results The root canal size slightly affected the stress level.The stress variety located on the coronal 1/3 of the root. Conclusion The results suggest that clinical root canal treatment should be just removing the infected tissue and avoiding over-cutting of dentin,root canal preparation no more than 1/3 of the original root canal is secure.
