【摘要】 目的系统评价薯蓣皂苷片治疗冠心病(CHD)的疗效及安全性。方法电子检索Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE、EMBASE、CNKI和CBM,手工检索相关杂志、会议论文和学位论文,收集薯蓣皂苷片治疗冠心病的随机对照试验(RCT)。由两名研究者独立选择试验、评价质量、提取数据,并交叉核对。使用RevMan 5.0软件进行荟萃分析。结果常规治疗+薯蓣皂苷片组(治疗组)与常规治疗组(对照组)对照评价治疗心绞痛有效率的RCT共纳入8项,其中7项评价了心电图异常的改善率;薯蓣皂苷片组(治疗组)与阳性药物组(对照组)对照评价治疗心绞痛有效率及心电图异常改善率的RCT共纳入13项,治疗组疗效均优于对照组,组间相比差异有统计学意义的显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组仅个别病例有轻微胃肠不适。结论薯蓣皂苷片用于治疗CHD安全有效,但尚待大样本、高质量、多中心随机双盲对照研究证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuyu Zaogan tablets for coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Randomized control trials(RCTs) of Shuyu Zaogan tablets for CHD were retrieved from MEDLINE,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,CBM and CNKI databases.Some relevant journals,conference paper as well as theses were retrieved manually.Trial selection,quality evaluation,information extraction and verification were performed by two independent investigators.Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.0 software.Results Eight RCTs about Shuyu Zaogan+conventional therapy(treatment group) comparing with conventional therapy(control group) for the treatment of angina were selected.Among them seven RCTs also were evaluated through the improvement of electrocardiogram(ECG).13 RCTs about Shuyu Zaogan(treatment group) comparing with positive drugs(control group) were selected to evaluate the treatment of angina and the improvement of ECG.The effects of treatment group were superior to control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Only several patients had mild gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion Shuyu Zaogan tablets are safe and effective for CHD.However,the conclusion need to be further proved by large-sample,multi-centre,randomized,double-blind and control trials更多还原
