氧化苦参碱对改善老龄小鼠学习记忆功能的影响
Effect of oxymatrine on learning and memory ability in elderly mice
【摘要】 目的探讨氧化苦参碱对改善老龄小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法健康老龄小鼠随机分为4组(n=11),分别为对照组、氧化苦参碱5、10、20 mg/kg组。各组给药7天后进行跳台试验及Morris水迷宫试验,以测定动物的学习记忆能力。结果在跳台试验中,与对照组相比,氧化苦参碱20 mg/kg组小鼠跳上时间减少(P<0.05),氧化苦参碱10、20 mg/kg组平台潜伏期延长(P<0.05),错误次数减少(P<0.05)。在水迷宫试验中,与对照组相比,氧化苦参碱10 mg/kg组第2~4天潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),氧化苦参碱20 mg/kg组第2、4天潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),两组穿越平台次数增加(P<0.05)。结论氧化苦参碱可能能提高老龄小鼠学习记忆能力,且呈明显的剂量-效应关系。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of oxymatrine on learning and memory ability in elderly mice.Methods Healthy elderly mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(control group,oxymatrine 5,10 and 20 mg/kg groups,n=11).After 7 days of administration,the stand-jumping test and Morris water maze test of each group were used to observe the learning and memory ability.Results In the stand-jumping test,compared with control group,the time of jumping to platform of oxymatrine 20 mg/kg group decreased(P<0.05),the platform latentperiod of oxymatrine 10 and 20 mg/kg groups extended(P<0.05),and the error reaction times reduced(P<0.05).In the Morris water maze test,compared with control group,the latentperiod of oxymatrine 10 mg/kg group(in the 2nd to 4th day) and 20 mg/kg group(in the 2nd,4th day) shortened(P<0.05),and the times of crossing platform of oxymatrine 10 and 20 mg/kg groups increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxymatrine could improve learning and memory ability in elderly mice in a dose-dependent manner.
