【摘要】 目的研究鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂对老年人股骨转子间骨折内固定术后的临床疗效。方法采用完全随机对照的前瞻性临床研究方法,将入组的60例股骨转子间骨折老年患者分为两组,试验组行内固定手术并给予鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂及钙尔奇D治疗,对照组行内固定手术及钙尔奇D治疗。观察两组术后1、2、3、4周疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、术后3个月骨折愈合及患髋关节功能情况。结果鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂能明显减轻患者术后疼痛(P<0.001)。术后3个月试验组骨折愈合率(89.3%)高于对照组(65.5%),P<0.05。术后3个月试验组患侧Harris髋关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂具有一定的减轻老年股骨转子间骨折患者术后疼痛的作用,有助于促进骨折愈合及术后髋关节功能康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of salmon calcitonin nasal spray on patients of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture after internal fixation surgery.Methods Using a fully randomized controlled research method,60 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into two groups,30 cases in experimental group were given salmon calcitonin nasal spray and Cahrate D and 30 cases in control group were given Caltrate D.The visual analogue scale(VAS) scores were evaluated in four weeks after surgery.The fracture healing and the function of hip were assessed after 3 weeks.Results Salmon calcitonin was effected for the patients reducing pain after internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures than the patients of the control group(P<0.001),the fracture healing rates in the experimental group and the control group were 89.3%and 65.5% respectively at 3 months,the difference has statistically significance(P<0.05).The experimental group is higher in Harris hip score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Salmon calcitonin nasal spray can reduce postoperative pain in some way, promote fracture healing and functional recovery in the patients of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture after surgery.更多还原
