【摘要】 为了帮助研究者进一步认识DNA计算机的研究现状,通过查找文献法和归纳法对DNA计算机的研究现状进行了梳理。首先介绍了DNA计算机的原理基础和研制过程,然后综述了DNA计算机的主要研究成果及应用,分析了DNA计算机目前面临的主要困难。特别讨论了DNA计算机中的数据结构与自组装技术的研究情况。最后得到DNA计算机的研究已取得一些进展,但还面临许多困难和技术挑战的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 To help researchers further understand the DNA computer research,this paper combed the research advances of DNA computer by finding documents and inductive method.First it introduced the basic principles and the development process of DNA computer,and then summarized the main results of DNA computers and applications,in the final analyzed major difficulties facing currently in DNA computer.It especially discussed the research of data structure of DNA computer and self-assembly technology.Finally it gives the study of DNA computers have made some progress,but also faces many difficulties and challenges to the conclusion.更多还原
