基于STM32的电能质量检测技术研究
Research on power quality detection based on STM32
【摘要】 目前国内外已有多种检测电能质量的方法,介绍了一种基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的32位处理器STM32内嵌式智能仪器模式设计的方案。利用STM32内置A/D以及ATT7022B芯片对信号进行多通道采集,对各电能参数进行检测和分析。运用处理器自带的SD卡和USB接口对所测大量数据进行存储和传输,并通过彩色液晶屏实时显示所测数据,检测设备间通过2.4 G无线通信模块进行数据交换。实际运行表明该设备操作简单、技术指标完全符合国家相关标准,具有较好的应用、推广价值。
【Abstract】 At present,there are a variety of methods of power quality testing.A mode of intelligent instruments is proposed,which is based on an ARM Contex-M3 core 32 bit processor STM32.It gets multi-channel signals through A/D built-in the STM32 and ATT7022B chip,and it can detect and analyze all kinds of power quality parameters.The processor contains SD card and USB interfaces,which are used to store and transfer large amounts of data.The data can be displayed by a color LCD screen real-time.And the test equipments can exchange data by the 2.4 G wireless communication modules.The practical results show that the equipment is simple and the technical specifications meet the national standards perfectly,and it has good value of application and promotion.
