【摘要】 通过分析洞庭湖区经济社会发展的条件及现状特征,找出了在国家区域经济协调发展背景下湖区经济快速发展的新契机,进而提出了湖区经济发展模式必须优化,即在产业结构优化方面:继续抓好优质粮油生产,重点发展农产品加工业、牲畜和水产养殖业、林产品加工业、特色旅游业等;在空间组织优化方面:采取三点三线开发模式,以岳阳、常德、益阳3点为开发据点,开发东部重工业、旅游业线;西南高效农业和农产品加工业线;中部避洪农业线;在湖区经济一体化建设方面:实现防洪减灾一体化、空间布局一体化和区域市场一体化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The analysis of economical and social development conditions and their current status shows the new opportunity for rapid economy development in Dongting Lake area under the background of regional harmonious development policy.Based on this,this study confirms the necessarity of the optimism of economical and social development mode in Dongting Lake Area.That is to say,we should firstly develop farm product processing,livestock,aquaculture,forest product processing and specific tourism while continue ensuring the production of high quality oil and consolidating traditional industrials;secondly utilizing the ’three point and three line’ development model by settling Yueyang,Changde,and Yiyang as three development center,developing heavy industry and tourism in eastern Dongting Lake area,efficient agricultural production and farm product processing in south western Dongting Lake area,and building flood resistant belt in central Dongting Lake;lastly integrating flood control and reduction,spatial pattern construction,and market construction as a whole.更多还原
