【摘要】 以邳州市前湖村为例,在逐户调研的基础上,对空心化村庄废弃地进行分类,测算居民点废弃地面积。同时运用村庄人均建设用地标准、户均宅基地标准、村庄空闲地抽样调查三种方法测算前湖村居民点废弃地整理潜力。通过比较分析提出居民点废弃地整理潜力由扩展土地利用空间、优化人居环境、改善生态环境和土地增值四部分组成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on household investigation,taking Qianhu village in Pizhou as an example,classifies the wasteland in hollowed village,measures and calculates the area of residential wasteland.Then it calculates the readjustment potentiality of wasteland in Qianhu village by the method of per capita village constructed land standard,household average house-site standard and sampling investigation of village vacant land.By contrast,it puts forward that the readjustment potentiality about residential wasteland in hollowed village could be composed by land utilization spatial expanding,living environment optimizing,environment improving and land value appreciating.更多还原
