10Gb/s误码议的设计与研制
Design and realization of 10Gb/s multifunctional optical communication BER tester
【摘要】 介绍了采用多功能的CDR芯片和单片机设计操作简捷、功能强大、成本低廉的10Gb/s误码议的方案,使用该设计方案的误码议已制作出样机,并应用于XFP光模块的灵敏度测试中,对光模块灵敏度准确性的提高和生产成本的降低具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces a project which adopts multifunctional CDR chip and MCU to design a user-friendly 10Gb/s BER tester with powerful function and low cost.The 10Gb/s BER tester model produced has already been put into use of BER test of XFP module;the design has made a great breakthrough at the improvement of the accuracy of BER test and reduction of cost of XFP module.
