【摘要】 目的:通过对甘肃栽培柴胡与野生品柴胡的生药学比较研究,以确定柴胡品质的评价依据。方法:采用传统鉴别和现代科学技术手段相结合的研究思路和方法,从来源、性状、显微、理化及高效液相指纹图谱等方面对甘肃野生与栽培柴胡进行研究,确定其品质优良度。结果:柴胡栽培品与野生品的外观形态差异大;其水分、灰分、醇溶性浸出物均符合《中华人民共和国药典》标准。结论:甘肃野生柴胡与栽培品在性状方面存在较大差异;有效成分含量也有所不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the basis for the evaluation of the quality of Bupleurum by the study on the comparison of pharmacognosy between cultivated and wild Bupleurum goods.Method:Used the research ideas and methods of combining traditional identification with modern scientific and technological means to determine the degree of its quality from the source,properties,microstructure,physical,chemical and HPLC fingerprint and other aspects of wild and cultivated Bupleurum in Gansu province.Result:Cultivated and wild Bupleurum had large differences in the appearance of characters;its moisture,ash,alcohol-soluble extract were in line with "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"standard.Conclusion:Cultivated and wild Bupleurum has large differences in the appearance of characters;also has difference in active ingredient content.更多还原
