【摘要】 目的:鉴定黄药材(山大黄)的品种来源及质量评价。方法:从黄药材的来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定4大方面进行研究。结果:其粉末显微结果有草酸钙簇晶,微量升华有黄色菱状针晶和羽状结晶,理化检查有蒽醌类、黄酮类及鞣质类成分。结论:黄药材为蓼科植物波叶大黄Rheum franzenbachii Munt.的根及根茎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To identify sources of yellow varieties of medicinal herbs(rhubarb) and quality evaluation.Method:Identification of the source from the yellow herbs,character identification,microscopic identification,chemical identification of four major aspects of research.Result:The results of their powder microscopic clusters of calcium oxalate crystals,micro distillation of a yellow needle crystal and feather-shaped diamond crystals,physical and chemical check anthraquinones,flavonoids and tannin components.Conclusion:The yellow wave medicinal plants for the leaves of rhubarb polygonaceae rheum franzenbachii Munt.’s Roots and rhizomes.更多还原
