【摘要】 目的:观察封闭配合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用关节腔注射配合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,对照组以玻璃酸钠(商品名施沛特)关节腔注射治疗。结果:治疗组近期总有效率97.16%,远期总有效率97.40%;对照组近期总有效率89.84%,远期总有效率88.07%。2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:封闭配合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨关节炎简单实用,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:o find a simple and practical method of treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The treatment group were treated combining the injection in joint cavity with external application of pasty of TCM,the control group were injected in joint cavity with sodium hyaluronate(trade Mingshipeite).Results:The efficiency of the treatment group was 95% recently,the effective rate in long-term was 87.1%;the efficiency of the control group was 96% recently,and the long-term effective rate was 85.8%,the difference between 2 groups was not significant.Conclusion:The closed treatment combining with the external application of pasty of TCM were simple、practical and significant.更多还原
