【摘要】 目的:探讨建立"以学生为中心"的考试方法在"全面考试观"指导下的医学本科学生考试考核模式。方法:通过对传统考试考核模式弊端与全面考试观优点的对比分析,指出传统的考试方法忽视能力和素质的考核,已不再适应当前医学教学的要求,对传统考试方法进行改革已势在必行。结果:通过论证提出了切实可行的在"全面考试观"指导下的"以学生为中心"的医学本科生考试方法改革方案的设想。结论:该考试方法改革方案的设想有积极意义,可进行试点和探索,并在医学教育教学实践中检验和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to establish a "student-centered" in "comprehensive exam outlook" under the guidance of the medical undergraduate students exam assessment mode.Methods:based on the traditional examination examination mode to comprehensive exam irregularity and the advantages of the contrast analysis,concept explicitly pointed out that the traditional examination method ignore ability and quality evaluation,no longer fit for the current medical teaching,at the request of traditional test methods reform is imperative.Results:Through verification,put forward a feasible in "comprehensive exam outlook" under the guidance of "student-centered" medical undergraduates examination method reform ideas.Conclusion:The examination method reform scheme of the idea is to have positive,can carry out pilot and exploration,in medical education teaching practice inspection and perfect.更多还原
