【摘要】 目的:对比壮医药线点灸疗法与常规针刺法治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的疗效。方法:将100例中风痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组用壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组用常规针刺治疗。用简式Fugl-Meyer运动量表作为疗效评定标准进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组显效27例,有效21例,总有效率为96%,对照组显效8例,有效22例,总有效率为60%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:壮医药线点灸疗法治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪较常规针刺法效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Contrast Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion therapy and routine acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis of stroke patients.Methods:100 patients with stroke spastic paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 50 cases.Teatment group was treated with Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion,the control group with routine acupuncture therapy.At the same time with the simplified movement Fugl-Meyer assessment scale as the efficacy of standard therapeutic evaluation.Results:The total effective rate of Treatment group was 96% in the control group was 60%.The treatmen group significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion treatment of spastic paralysis stroke had better effect than routine acupuncture.更多还原
