赪桐根的化学成分预试验研究
Pre-experiment on Chemical Components of Clerodendrum Japonicum(Thunb.) Sweet Root
【摘要】 [目的]采用系统预试法对赪桐根可能含有的化学成分进行预试验,初步探索赪桐根的化学成分类型。[方法]采用化学反应鉴别方法,对赪桐根石油醚、水、95%乙醇提取液可能含有的化学成分类型进行初步研究。[结果]赪桐根可能含有蛋白质、糖、鞣质、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类、酚类、香豆素与内酯、植物甾醇、三萜类和挥发油等化学成分。[结论]初步确定赪桐根含有多种成分,为赪桐根的进一步开发利用提供了实验基础。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To study on chemical component types of Clerodendrum Japonicum(Thunb.) Sweet Root,via Pre-experiment on possibly contained chemical components of its Root by preparative test.[Method]Tube reaction test was adopted to do initial study on its petroleum ether,water,95% ethanol extract and other component types.[Result]Clerodendrum Japonicum(Thunb.) Sweet Root may contain chemical components,e.g.protein,sugar,tannin,organic acid,saponin,flavonoid,phenols,cumarin,lactone,phytosterol,triterpenes and essential oil.[Conclusion] It was preliminarily determined that Clerodendrum Japonicum(Thunb.) Sweet Root contains varied components,which lays an experimental foundation for its further exploitation and utilization.
