【摘要】 目的:观察肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)在结直肠癌患者血清中的表达,探讨其在大肠癌肝转移患者诊断中的价值。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫(ELISA)法测定45例均经病理确诊的结直肠癌患者血清中HGF及VEGF-A含量,其中合并肝转移15例,并以20例健康者为对照。结果:45例大肠癌患者与对照组相比较,血清中HGF及VEGF-A含量显著升高(P<0.05),且分期越晚,HGF及VEGF-A值越高,而其中15例合并肝转移的大肠癌患者较之无转移或其他部位转移的结直肠癌患者,HGF值明显增高(P<0.05)。血清中HGF的表达与VEGF-A的表达相关。结论:HGF及VEGF-A对结直肠癌的诊断、分期和预后的判断具有一定的价值,可以作为结直肠癌肝转移的血清学指标,为预测早期肝转移及预后提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the expression of the level of serum HGF and VEGF-A in patients with colorectal liver metastases and to explore its diagnostic value. Methods:The level of serum HGF and VEGF-A in 45 samples were detected by ELISA in which 15 samples was colorectal liver metastases patients,and 20 samples of healthy people regarded as controls. Results:Compared with the control,the level of serum VEGF-A and HGF were significantly rising in the patients with colorectal carcinoma (P<0.05) in which the level of VEGF-A and HGF was high with the late of clinical stage,and the level of VEGF-A and HGF was high in colorectal liver metastases group than that in simple colorectal carcinoma group(P<0.05). There was a certain correlation between the expression of serum HGF and VEGF-A. Conclusion:HGF and VEGF-A are valuable of patients with colorectal carcinoma in diagnosis,clinical stage and prognostic estimating,and can serve as serum indictor of colorectal liver metastases patients,predict early liver metastasis and estimate prognosis.更多还原
