溶胶-凝胶法制备ZrB2-SiC复合材料的研究
Study on Preparation of ZrB2-SiC Composites by Sol-gel Processing
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备ZrB2-SiC复合材料,主要分析pH值、分散剂、固相含量、有机单体含量对ZrB2-SiC浆料粘度的影响。实验结果表明,当pH值为10.3,分散剂含量为0.92 wt%,有机单体含量为3.2 wt%时,就可以制得固相含量为45 vol%,粘度为608 mPa.s的ZrB2-SiC浆料。
【Abstract】 ZrB2-SiC composites were prepared by sol-gel process.The effects of pH,dispersant,the solid volume content and the AM content on the viscosity of the ZrB2-SiC slurry were investigated.The result show that the ZrB2-SiC slurry with solid content 45 vol% and the viscosity 608 mPa·s was prepared when the content of dispersant is 0.92 wt%,pH is 10.3,the content of AM is 3.2 wt%.
