安徽省舒城小涧冲林场主要植物的花粉形态研究
POLLEN MORPHOLOGY OF A SMALL STREAM WOODLAND SETTING IN ANHUI
【摘要】 应用光学显微镜对安徽省位于大别山舒城县小涧冲林场秋季开花的16科28属33种1亚种1变种植物的花粉形态进行观察和研究,结果表明花粉粒扁球形至超长球形(P/E=1.00—2.32),P/E值最大的为山芎(Co-nioselinumchinense),大小为2.38(2.22—3.47),最小的为宽叶山蒿(Artemisia stolonifera),大小为1.03(0.91—1.24);花粉最大的为异叶败酱(Parinia heterophylla),大小为47.9(39.5—52.0)μm×44.9(40.0—48.0)μm;最小的为八宝(Hylotelephiumerythrostictum),大小为20.1(18.0—22.0)μm×15.4(13.0—18.5)μm。萌发孔主要有3孔沟(65.6%)、3—5沟(17.2%)、3—5孔(8.6%)及散孔(8.6%)类型。外壁纹饰主要有细网状(31.4%)、长刺状(22.9%)、微刺状(14.3%)、粗网状(11.4%)、条纹-穿孔状(11.4%)及颗粒状(8.6%)6种类型。通过分析该地区植物的生态因子,包括地理分布、海拔高度、年降水量、年积温及生境等,为地层中化石花粉重建该地区古气候、古环境及气候变迁提供必要的古生态学研究资料,同时也为研究区植物的现代地理分布增加参考信息。
【Abstract】 The pollen morphology of 33 species,one variety and one subspecies representing 16 families of plants from small area stream woodland setting in the Dabie Mountains was examined under light microscope(LM).The pollen grains are mostly 3-colporate(65.6%),3(-5)-colpate(17.2%),rarely 3(-5)-porate(8.6%),pantoporate(8.6%) in aperture,and are mostly subspheroidal(62.9%) or subprolate(25.7%),rarely prolate(8.6%) or perprolate(2.8%) in shape.Pollen grains of the maximum P/E(2.35) occur in Conioselinum chinense,the minimum in Artemisia stolonifera,P/E mean value 1.03.The biggest pollen grains occur in Patrinia heterophylla with the mean size being 47.9 μm×44.9 μm,the smallest in Hylotelephium erythrostictum,mean size 20.1 μm×15.4 μm.Exine ornamentation is mostly finely reticulate(31.4%),prominently spinulose(10.6%),rarely microechinate(14.3%), coarsely reticulate(11.4%),striate-perforate(11.4%),or granulate(8.6%).The main ecological factors of these plants in the Dabie Mountains are provided,including their geographical position(116°31′—116°34′E,31°01′—31°05′N),altitude(800—1 400 m),annual precipitation(1 300 mm),an-nual accumulated temperature(4 384—4 750 ℃,≥10 ℃),and habitat.The results show that the relationship of pollen morphology to the main ecological factors in the Dabie Mountains is of important ecological value.The information will contribute to estimating palynovegetation,palaeoclimate,palaeoenvironment and climate change based on fossil pollen assemblages.
