【摘要】 固液分离膜技术是取代传统混凝沉淀和过滤的一种新型高效固液分离处理技术,具有出水水质好、占地面积小和运行成本低等优点。采用该技术处理钢铁行业酸洗废水的工程实践表明,出水COD、SS、TP等水质指标均达到了天津市《污水综合排放标准(》DB 12/356—2008)的二级标准。此外,对回用水中Cl-浓度和CaCl2浓度的积累效应进行了研究,废水处理后70%可直接回用于企业生产线,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Solid-liquid separation membrane is a new type high-efficiency treatment technology of solid-liquid separation replacing tratitional coagulation,sedimentation and filtration.It has the advantages of good effluent quality,small footprint and low operation cost.The technology is used for treatment of acid pickling wastewater from steel industry,and the results show that the effluent COD,SS and TP meet the second criteria specified in Tianjin Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 12/356-2008).Moreover,through the research on the accumulation effect of Cl-and CaCl2 concentration in the reused water,it is proved that 70% of treated wastewater can be reused in the enterprise production line.Good social benefit and remarkable economic benefits are obtained.更多还原
