无接种污泥的厌氧消化系统启动策略研究

【摘要】 以国内最大的污泥厌氧消化系统——上海市白龙港污水处理厂厌氧消化系统的调试启动为依托,研究了两种无污泥接种启动方案的效果。当消化罐内的初始状态为原污泥,且在10 d后以不同投配率投加原污泥时,约需25 d便可实现系统的成功启动,但启动过程中存在酸化的风险,而采用变投配率方式投加污泥可以在一定程度上缓解VFA的积累。当消化罐内的初始状态为清水,且在之后以不同投配率投加原污泥时,用时超过40 d才可成功启动系统,且污泥浓度达到设计值所需的时间较长,不过其酸化风险较小。该研究成果可为白龙港污水处理厂的污泥厌氧消化系统及国内同类工程的启动提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 Based on the commissioning start-up of sludge anaerobic digestion system of Shanghai Bailonggang WWTP,the largest one in China,two start-up strategies without sludge inoculation were studied.When the digester is filled up with raw sludge before start-up,and raw sludge is added at different rates after 10 d,it needs to take only 25 d to achieve the successful start-up.However,there is the risk of acidification during start-up,while variable sludge feeding rate can relieve the accumulation of VFA to a certain extent.When the digester is filled up with fresh water before start-up,and raw sludge is added at different rates,it needs to take more than 40 d to successfully start up the system,and achieving the design value of sludge concentration requires a longer time.However,the risk of acidification is small.The result is helpful for Shanghai Bailonggang WWTP and similar projects in China.
