微萃取/反相液相色谱法测定水中苯甲酰脲类农药

【摘要】 以异辛烷作萃取剂,采用微萃取瓶富集,用反相高效液相色谱法测定地表水中的苯甲酰脲类农药。检测条件如下:Diamonsil C18色谱柱,乙腈∶甲醇∶水=20∶65∶15流动相,260 nm紫外检测。该方法检测杀铃脲、氟铃脲和氟苯脲的平均回收率分别为92.23%、102.18%和89.77%,相对标准偏差<5.7%,在0.5~100μg/mL范围内三组分线性良好,相关系数≥0.999 8。

【Abstract】 A method using microextraction enrichment and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was used for determination of benzoylurea insecticides in surface water.The sample was extracted by isooctane.Benzoylurea insecticides were separated on Diamonsil C18 column with acetonitrile ∶methanol ∶water=20 ∶65 ∶15 as mobile phase and determined using UV detector at 260 nm.For triflumuron,hexaflumuron and teflubenzuron,the average recoveries are 92.23%,102.18% and 89.77% respectively.The relative standard deviations are less than 5.7%.The linearity is good in the range of 0.5 to 100 μg/mL with the correlation coefficients of equal to or more than 0.999 8.
