屠宰废水处理的工程实践
Practice of Slaughter-house Wastewater Treatment Project
【摘要】 介绍了北京市某肉联厂废水处理工程的工艺参数、调试和运行结果。采用ABR厌氧反应器/二级生物接触氧化处理工艺,出水水质达到北京市《水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/307—2005)排入地表水体及汇水范围的一级B标准。工程实践表明,该处理系统具有处理效果稳定、占地面积小、运行费用低(约为1.10元/m3)等特点。
【Abstract】 The process parameters,commissioning and operation effect of slaughter-house wastewater treatment project of a meat processing plant in Beijing are introduced.The wastewater is treated by a combined process of anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) and two-stage biological contact oxidation.The effluent quality can reach the first level B criteria specified in Beijing local standard Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants(DB 11/307-2005).The practice shows that the combined process has characteristics of stable treatment efficiency,small footprint,low operation cost(1.10 yuan/m3) and so on.
