新型SBBR工艺处理低C/N值生活污水的研究
New Type SBBR Process for Treating Domestic Sewage with Low C/N Ratio
【摘要】 采用自行设计的SBBR反应器处理低C/N值生活污水,通过研究不同条件下的处理性能来寻求其最佳的运行条件。结果表明,在好氧/缺氧的运行模式下,提高C/N值对COD的去除并没有太大的影响,去除率维持在85%~90%;当C/N值为6.73时,对TN和NH4+-N的去除率最大,分别为80%和85%。分段进水比一次性进水表现出更好的处理效果和抗冲击负荷能力,在相同的进水水量下,一次性进水时对COD、TN和NH4+-N的去除率分别为85%、75%、81%,而采用三段式进水时对COD、TN和NH4+-N的去除率分别可达96%、85%和90%。这是因为分段进水将负荷分散到各个阶段,从而提高了反应器的处理效能。
【Abstract】 The new type SBBR was adopted to treat domestic sewage with low C/N ratio,the optimum operating conditions were found by studying the performance of the reactor under different conditions.The results show that in the aerobic/anoxic mode,the COD removal efficiency can not be significantly improved by increasing the C/N ratio,and the removal efficiency remains at 85% to 90%.When the C/N ratio is 6.73,the maximum removal efficiencies of TN and NH+4-N are 80% and 85% respectively.Step feeding is better than once-through feeding in treatment efficiency and resistance to shock loading.Under the same conditions of feeding flow rate,the removal rates of COD,TN and NH+4-N during the once-through feeding are 85%,75% and 81%,while those during the three step feeding are 96%,85% and 90% respectively.This is because the step feeding distributes the influent loading into every step,so as to improve the treatment performance of the reactor.
